T. Sedevi Fernando, 11A, Mahakithgama, Keselwatta, Panadura, She has made complaints to the chair person human rights commission and the inspector general of police. Shantha Lakmal Fonseka 21 years old is her son. Mandadige Saman Kumara 30 years old is her son in law. On 22.05.2017 both of them were arrested near community hall when going in the same motorcycle by police. The policemen were from Panadura assistant superintendent office. Now they are being detained in the unit of Assistant Superintendent Office and both are being tortured. They said police doesn't allow relatives to see them. The police doesn't reveal any information about Sedevi's son in law. The police urged the relatives to hand over the owner and the motorcycle otherwise the police threatened to fabricate charges against Sedevi's son and son in law. She requests the relative authorities to stop torture and fabricate charges and immediately produce them before the court.
