Prethika Joshep No 404, Modara Moratuwa. She has sent this complaint to the Human Rights Commission and the Inspector General Of Police today. (17.05.2017) Delip Kushan Fonseka is her son. He is 26 years old. Married with three children. Doing trading for earning.
On 16.05.2017 around 10 am her son went to Modara police. He went their for an investigation regarding a dispute. Moratuwa police came to Modara police and arrested him. He was taken to Moratuwa police.
There he was questioned regarding a phone case and assaulted him. The mortgage phone was handed over to the police but brutal assault is continuing. Still he will be not produce before the court.
His mother Prethika requests the above authorities to stop torture and fabrication of charges and immediately take steps to produce him before the court.
